Our hospital is staffed with veterinary technicians and doctors 24 hours a day, therefore, your pet is NEVER left alone. We monitor patients constantly to ensure they are receiving proper treatment and pain management throughout the day and night.
What To Expect When You Visit
We understand that a medical emergency can be a frightening experience for your family – our goal is to make this stressful time as easy for you as possible.
When you arrive, your pet will be evaluated immediately by one of our veterinary technicians to determine the severity of your emergency. Like in human hospitals, critical emergencies are always attended to first; therefore, if your pet is in stable condition you may be asked to wait in our comfortable lobby.
Once your pet has been seen by an emergency veterinarian, diagnostic and therapeutic options and their associated costs will be discussed with you, allowing you to make the best decisions for your family about your pet’s care.
We understand and respect your financial limitations, whatever they may be. We provide as many payment options as we possibly can to help you manage costs; these include cash, money orders, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer CareCredit as a financing option for those who qualify. To keep the cost of our services as low as possible, all services must be paid for at the time they are provided; we do not offer billing.
