Puppy Wellness Package

In an effort to get your new family member off on the right “paw”, we have developed a new Puppy Wellness Package.  This group of services and products is aimed at preventative health care to start your puppy’s healthy life off right.  They also provide a cost savings to you as compared to purchasing each service individually. 

This package includes:

Up to four Wellness puppy exams with vaccinations*

            Up to four puppy distemper combination vaccines

            Rabies vaccine

            Bordetella vaccine

            2 fecal floats

            First dose of heartworm prevention (Interceptor)

            First dose of flea prevention (Advantage)

            Strongid (dewormer)- 2 doses

Besides the health benefits, this puppy wellness package saves you 15% off the cost of the individual services.  The cost of the package can be paid up front or broken into 2 payments, half now and half at your second visit. We look forward to providing your new puppy with the best health care now and in the years to come.

_____3-Visit Plan:  This plan is for puppies that have already had one set of booster shots from their breeder or place of adoption, or that are at least 8 weeks old.  The regular cost of these visits would be $227.35, but with 15% off, the cost to you is $193.24 (a savings of $34.11)**.

_____4-Visit Plan:  This plan is for puppies that have not yet had any vaccinations prior to their appointment to our hospital or are younger than 8 weeks old.  The regular cost of these visits would be $275.73, but with 15% off, the cost to you is $234.37 (a savings of $41.36)**.

PACKAGE BONUS:  By choosing to start your puppy’s healthy life off right, when selecting one of the puppy packages above, you will receive $5 off of your pet’s spay or neuter when performed at the Cheat Lake Animal Hospital.
