Humane Society

The Monongalia County Humane Society is a local, non-profit organization which aids in the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs within the Monongalia County limits.  They have been very helpful in the fight against overpopulation in this area. 

The Mon County Humane Society is not a shelter.  They have an office located in downtown Morgantown and work directly with Morgantown residents to help with population control and to help aid in the adoption of homeless animals.
