Information and Guidelines

As a guest to our boarding facility, we would like to inform you of the amenities our establishment has to offer. Foremost, this includes both excellent pet care and comfort. All rooms are climate controlled and all pets are monitored daily by our well-trained staff.  Our kennel staff is extremely caring and loving of the pets that stay at our facility.  They treat them all like a part of their family.

Kitty-cat condos are in a separate room with a great view of the outdoors.  They are kept isolated from the doggies to help keep kitty anxiety to a minimum.

Our guests must be current on the vaccinations listed below to prevent and protect against infectious diseases.

Lodging areas are cleaned several times daily during the outings that the doggies receive, and cats are provided with fresh litter daily.

We also will look after your exotic pets - birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, rabbits, and ferrets.  We love them all, big and small!

Upon request, our guests can be bathed during their stay. For guests staying longer than five nights, this service is complimentary.

For dogs, we have several different sized runs available.  We offer Small, Large, and Extra Large sizes with Indoor and Indoor/Outdoor options.  Our Small Indoor/Outdoor runs have lofts for our smaller guests.  We also offer Family Units where several dogs can share the space between two Extra Large units.

Charges are figured like those of a hotel. You pay for each night the guest stays.

Pricing per additional dog per run:

0 - 20 Pounds    $12.60/Night Additional

21 - 50 Pounds    $14.70/Night Additional

Over 50 Pounds    $16.80/Night Additional

**There is a 1/2 night charge for Sunday night pick-ups**

**HOLIDAY BOARDING POLICY:  We have special holiday boarding policies.  Please ask a staff member about these policies when you request your reservation**

**PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE**

Vaccines required for dogs are DHLPP/C, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats must be current on DRCC, Leukemia, and Rabies. Fecals are required to be run every six(6) months to check for intestinal parasites in dogs, once yearly in cats.  These vaccines must be up-to-date prior to the boarding arrival.

Guests must be on flea control. If fleas are noted on the guest during the stay, a flea control will be given or applied and respective charges must be paid for at the time of pick-up.

Because we are a full-service veterinary, boarding, and grooming facility, we are able to perform any services your pet may need while he/she is staying with us. Please inform our staff upon drop-off if your pet needs anything "extra" while here.

Unless specific food or instructions are indicated for the guest, Science Diet Maintenance will be fed twice daily.
